Our products include: coping packages, gutters, downspouts, end caps, conductor heads, chimney caps, gravel stops, snap-on trim, and various custom fabricated items.
We offer various materials, including aluminum (24 Gauge and .032 Aluminum) and [other materials offered].
We provide both standard and custom fabrication services to meet specific project requirements.
2. Ordering & Payment:
Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
You can request a free quote for any project, including custom fabrication requests.
Orders are processed within 5 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment methods include credit/debit card, checks, money wire, and cash.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by local regulations.
3. Shipping & Delivery:
We will use trucks from our fleet for local deliveries and outsource our non-local deliveries to a freight service.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.
We will make every effort to meet the agreed upon delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or supply chain issues. We will notify you of any such delays.
4. Returns & Refunds:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Returns are subject to Returns:
Timeframe: You may return products within 7 days of delivery if the reason for the return is for arrival of damaged goods or not up to par craftsmanship.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused, and undamaged.
Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate a return. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Exclusions:
Custom Fabricated Products: Custom fabricated products are not eligible for returns unless deemed defective by Sanders Sheet Metal upon inspection.
Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Special Orders: Products ordered specifically for a particular project and not stocked in our inventory are not eligible for returns.
Refunds:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
How to Initiate a Return:

Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice.

It is recommended that you insure your return shipment to protect against any loss or damage during transit.
Sanders Sheet Metal is not responsible for any return shipments lost or damaged during transit.
